My client is an Accountability coach who offers monthly coaching for high performing professionals and business owners.
The Challenge
I started working with my client at the end of 2019. The initial challenge was to rank for any keyword related to Accountability coaching. When I started work on the project the website was receiving around 400 website visitors each month.
The Solution
My client had some knowledge when we connected and our strategy moving forward was blogging and keyword targeting on the main pages.
The goal was to create more than 100 SEO articles of high quality, repurpose the blog posts that were not ranking well, update metadata throughout the website for each of the main pages, edit the content to include the target keywords, and follow Google’s guidelines closely.
The Results?
- Increased website traffic from 400 hits per month to an average of 7k hits per month.
- We've gone from ranking for 100 keywords to over 4k keywords internationally.
- It took 12 months to get to 2000 hits per month and in 24 months we were up to 6000 hits per month.
- We hit a peak of 9.5k organic hits in March 2023 and after some major link structure updates due to the changes in the services offered the results declined and the site currently receives an average of 7k hits per month.
